MudWorks is a fully equipped high-fire studio located in Reeders, Pa. We have four wheels, two electric kilns, a slab roller, extruder and a pallet of over twelve glazes.
We offer pottery wheel-throwing classes for the beginner, intermediate and advanced. All classes run for six consecutive weeks and are geared to the individual student. There are no more than four students per class, giving everyone in the class a full three hours on the potter’s wheel.
Class fee includes all lessons, clay and glaze materials. First-time registrants also receive a beginners tool kit. The only additional cost is a firing fee based on the size of the finished pieces. Each new student can expect to accomplish no fewer than 10 pieces of functional pottery, many achieve more!
