This fun-filled event is a mix of the legendary Pocono-grown garlic, entertainment so good you’ll think you’re at a high-priced concert, a gaggle of gifted artisans and lots and lots of great food, all of it liberally laced with garlic.
Now in its 16th year, the Pocono Garlic Festival has become a Labor Day weekend “must” for thousands of people who know a good thing when they smell it.
